I would not hire Brian Miller again under any circumstances. He wasted my time, my money, and ultimately left me in a significantly worse legal position than when I retained him. He missed critical deadlines, failed to act on serious evidence I provided, and seemed more interested in protecting certain individuals than advocating for my rights. Important decisions were made without my consent, and communication was vague or evasive when it mattered most. He spent 6 hours total in a month working on my case when the statute of limitations was near. I was under the impression he had worked 40 hours at least. I thought I was hiring a bulldog but he tried to dog walk me. Grievance filed.
