I managed to get a DUI one night. I had no idea what to do and chose Kitchin to help, primarily because his price was cheaper than anyone else's. I truly felt like I was doomed, and yet somehow I came out of all this with my DUI reduced to a wreckless. Im beyond grateful and would highly recommend Kitchin to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation as me. He invests himself into your experience and will guide you entirely through it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This law office took my money and did absolutely nothing to advocate for me. I was dealing with a custody case where the opposing attorney worked hard to make me look like a bad mother -- and unfortunately, my own attorney did nothing to stop it. I provided them with clear evidence that the opposing party had made multiple false reports to law enforcement and Child & Family Services -- reports that amounted to harassment -- and they still refused to file anything in my defense. Instead of helping me, they fired me, claiming I was asking them to do things they "weren't willing to do." Apparently, asking them to actually defend me and hold the other party accountable was too much. I had to represent myself in court, and despite all of this, I still secured full custody of my child -- on my own. This law firm played no part in that success and absolutely failed to protect me when I needed legal help the most. Save your time, your money, and your sanity -- go somewhere else.

Zachary Kitchen stood by me from day one and helped me get through what I can say now was one of the hardest journeys of my life. His entire staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the entire process. Zachary's knowledge and experience is vast, he's honest, principled, and compassionate. Zachary explained the law, outlined in clear language the steps in the process that where needed to be done. He was reassuring, articulate, knowledgeable and effective. He made the process so much easier and gave me peace of mind in a stressful but successful outcome. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Zachary was nothing was "sugar coated". He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way and what the options and risks were. At times, he applied pressure during the Judicial process but also reassured me when to sit patiently. The prosecutor completely dropped my case the morning of my trial.
