Boland Aarab PLLP

Our journey with Boland Aarab started about 2 years ago. Our property flooded twice within 2 months due to a plugged city culvert. I called every lawyer in the state of Montana when the city of White Sulphur Springs, along with their insurance company Montana Municipal Interlocal Authority denied us with a 100 year storm threshold in June, even though we presented MMIA with photos of the plugged culvert, they knew the city had brought an excavator up to clear it out and they knew we had flooded previously in April. Sam called to check back in with us after I first initially called for help and they were the only people who would listen to our story when nobody else would. We were up against a beast, a city and an insurance company and it was a challenge we were told many times, we would not succeed in holding accountable. I am here to tell you, last week we took the city of White Sulphur Springs to the court room and with Sam and Caitlin's expertise, WE WON!!!!!! I have had so many people from our community stop into our work to congratulate us and thank us for the courage to stand up to a government entity for accountability that has been so long overdue. I have also had people say how much they enjoyed watching Sam and Caitlin work together in the courtroom. These two fought 3 days for my family, house and community and for that I will never be able to repay them. I also cannot forget to mention their paralegal Lisa Conley....one of the most amazing, sweet people you will get to work with through your case. I honestly consider Boland Aarab more like family than our lawyers thank you Boland Aarab!!!!

I watched as this law firm took on a case, against incredible odds, where other firms never returned calls, representatives and senators said you are in the right, and good luck. They listened, they asked questions, and took the case to court, with a unanimous guilty verdict. The lawyer couple are amazing people, and are a joy to watch and be around. Highly recommend them, as they know the law and want to see justice served.
