I was in a car wreck on my way to jury duty Jan,2024. ACT even realuze how injuried i was until later bc i was to focused on not going to jail for missing the trial. I was nice going to deal with it but due to my injuries my ex suggested I get a lawyer. I was nervous about doing that. I didn't want to hurt anyone or cause any problems. But after a while I realized i couldn't keep up with it all.. the chiropractor and physical therapy appointments.. plus the pain,ekkk.. the pain! I realized this wasn't about hurting anyone, it was about the injuries caused to my person & trying to right those wrongs from the person who caused them even though it was an accident. Dealing with insurance feels like you're in a scene from Erin Barakovich.. how much do YOU think my spine is worth? What price do you put on life long bone on bone grinding pain? I found out both my implants ruptured due to the crash. I needed help and FAST! I still can't sleep on a bed. Ive been couch bound since this happened with a ton of pillows behind me to lessen the pain I feel every day. Wendie as really here for me. It wasn't even a crazy bad wreck like you see on tv. This was him backing out while I was doing at least 26 to 30 climbing a slight hill. That was another reason i didn't feel i should get a lawyer. It wasn'tlike what your set in movies.. I've seen worse. But that was the wrong way to think about it. If your hurt because of someone else how do you defend yourself from insurance companies who don't want to pay out. Just know, Its not your fault & you're not a bad person for seeking help for your pain. Wendie got me more than most pll get in a case like mine. Other people helped with my case as well and I just want to thank everyone for the time you took to help me. I don't get insurance companies. We pay all our lives for it but when we need it they don't want to fork over a penny! It shouldn't be this hard. I wouldn't have received without the advocates. I know this is long but I want others to know you're insurance nor the other party will give you near what you deserve. Im still young & now have to live with this for the rest of my life. While money may not cure you, it helps with pain & suffering. It helps when you miss work bc of it. It HELPS AND YOU NEED IT when dealing with insurance companies And thank you for the birthday cards even after my case was settled. Which they did within a year. God bless. Diana was so helpful and informative with the initial intake process and made everything easy to understand. A process that seems a headache was made 10x easier with their assistance already. Highly recommend this group of Advocates.

The Advocates for me were more than just an attorney/client relationship. Doug Day and his team took the time to listen and understand what happened to me after the auto accident. They were always available to answer my questions or concerns. Checking in on a regular basis... they took on all the heavy lifting off of me. It was a relief to know that they had my back at all times. Doug Day, attorney case manager, Taylor... and all the other team members were able to make a case and settle it in a manner that far exceeded any expectations that I had. Thank you! Taylor and Doug Day are phenomenal! Taylor has been accommodating to me and my family along with checking in to see how we are doing! She always let us know updates! Doug had been communicative as well as checking in when my daughter had her major accident in June. I cannot express how stress free it had been with them being able to handle everything.

Dog came out of nowhere and bit my arm--scary moment. This team helped me get through all the legal stuff without stress. Super helpful and really sharp.
