I'm normally not the kind of person to write reviews, but when you have an exceptional experience, it is an absolute must. AJ Miller and his team at Miller Tourtlotte Law are incredible. They represented me in an injury lawsuit and did an outstanding job. The thing I appreciated the most was the communication. Most big law firms don't have the time to keep you in the loop or delegate that task to a subordinate. Not AJ. He was constantly updating us and being very supportive throughout the entire process. I started by hiring Miller Tourtlotte Law as my lawyer and ended up gaining a friend. I highly recommend them for all your legal needs.

AJ is an amazing lawyer who's gone above and beyond for both me and my daughter. He handled both a workers comp case and a car crash case for me and he was one of the best lawyers I've ever worked with I strongly recommend using him. I'll miss working with AJ and wish him all the best!

If you want to feel alone and advocate for yourself this is the firm to go with. If you want someone to fight for you definitely go with someone else. When I first saw the Dr I didn't like them at all. The paralegal told me I was stuck with that Dr which wasn't the truth. I found out that if you were not satisfied with your current Dr you could legally have them changed. Mind you the law firm pretended not to know that and finally decided to have the Dr changed. Mr. Miller told me how he was the best but told me I wasn't able to call the firm if I was not having a money question. Ask Mr. Miller if he could give advocate to get me more pt he said no that even if it was helping a little bit he doesn't understand why I would want to continue. Clearly he has never suffered from a back injury because some relief is better than nothing. After he refused to fight for me I emailed him about the laws regarding the limit on pt apparently that was a very upsetting email for him. Mr Miller passed the blame on the Dr on worker comp everyone but himself. Told me I wouldn't get a settlement but yet he would still be willing to represent me if I wanted? So if there is no settlement why would you want to keep a case and make no money. Turns out with the new firm that I'm with everything he said wasn't possible is possible. They are arguing and fighting for me and trying to work with me and worker comp. They keep me in the loop. I personally think that this Mr. Miller is in over his head with cases I felt just as a number or as if he was for the other side and not mine. I don't think it to much to ask a lawyer to advocate for me. I felt alone. I'm sure the firm will say something to try and discredit my review but hopefully someone sees this and search around don't settle for the first lawyer you speak with.
