I never thought I would use lawyer and honest in the same sentence however Andrew and his team who have been representing me and many others for abuse we endured as children. I have never had any issues in over 6 years, always replies to my questions,always professional. I know this must seem like a fake review because it's so positive but I assure you, my full name is Daniel Charlton and I just can't say enough about the positive representation im getting from AVA. thank you again Andrew and hopefully mid January it all comes to an end.

I first heard about Ava law in 2020 when they were trying to get compensation for clients who were physically abused when they were in the Cub scouts and boy scouts of America. I called their law firm and explain to them what happened to me when I was just 9 or 10 years old when I was in the boy scouts. They asked me questions that were deep into my mind and that I had thought was in the past. They told me that they were in the middle of filing a class action lawsuit against the insurance companies that ensured the boy scouts and Cub scouts of America and that if I wanted to be one of their clients. I wasn't really looking for any compensation I just wanted some kind of satisfaction for all the hurt that I have been through in my life. It is going on 6 years now since that time and still I wait for some kind of satisfaction. Every week I get an update from Mr Andrews about the lawsuit and that is comforting to know that something is being done. I grew up with very abusive parents and had nobody to talk to about my abuse except for my brother who is now deceased. For the last 9 months I have been receiving updates from Ava law and letting them know how I am living out here. I am now 62 years old and my mind still thinks about that day many years ago only because Ava law asked me to talk about it. I am handicapped I have no car for doctor's appointments and rehabilitation and I live in a tent on the side of a river my only income is $292 a month for food stamps no cash. I have told Ava law all of this and they still say that there's no time limit when I will receive some kind of compensation. I just want to say that Ava law will fight for your rights in court and will probably receive a good settlement. But so far I can tell you from experience that you will suffer more bringing back up the past and the only people that are getting money are the attorneys. In the end you might receive something maybe just a little something while they receive a lot. One thing you got to ask yourself is. Is it worth it to bring back up all the hurt pain and suffering that you have been through just to receive a little money. I can tell you from experience that over the last 35 to 40 years it took me a lot of therapist a lot of nightmares and a lot of nights crying in bed because these memories have been brought back up that I thought were gone. Now if you need an attorney to try to ease your mind and to get some satisfaction for the wrong that has been done to you then I think Ava law is the attorneys for you. But just remember all the therapy and the nights that you go through to try to forget what happened to you may not be worth the sum that you will receive. Just remember you will not be the one getting rich the attorneys will. Thank you for listening to me and God bless.

This law firm sucks! I thought I was hiring Morgan and Morgan 5 years ago for the B.S.A. case, they pawned me off to this clown. I've had nothing but issues with these people since day 1. They breached their own contract 3-4 times, now they expect to rake me over the coals for 40%. I asked for direct deposit, they said they prefer to snail mail things. Get with the 21st century. Do yourself a favor, DON'T HIRE AVA!!

Andrew I would like to make this a good review but I'm having a hard time understanding what is Boy Scout victims have received minimum payments we are trying to survive here I got 6 figures back and you guys give me 20,000 you need to get on top of this and get us paid we are the victims here

AVA Law has GOT to be the hardest working group of people/law firm there is ! I've never seen or experienced anyone work as hard as they do. And they have excellent communication. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 20 ! Lol ! Scott C
