Definitely needs to work on client communication. I have not personally retained him, and actually thankful now that I didn't. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but when you fail to reach out to a client that DID retain your services for almost a month (and still going!) that is unacceptable. Respectfully, do better, sir. Update: He has still yet to visit his PAID FOR client to this day! I honestly don't see how he has a 4 star rating based on what I'm seeing my friend go through. The only thing he is consistent with is not doing what he says he'll do. Friend will be getting his money back and seeking REAL legal aid. SMH.

HE IS AMAZING!!!!! I don't know where to start. He is VERY PROFESSIONAL and EXCELLENT! I can't reintegrate this enough. I was referred to John by a dear friend. I called him from out of the country of my situation and he reassured me everything was good and I immediately had an appt. with him. The allegations were dropped IMMEDIATELY, faster than he thought because he's that good! I had interviewed him and another high profile lawyer and made it very clear I needed a lawyer to intervene NOW because of the situation. When other lawyers never returned my calls, or didn't want to intervene unless an official case was brought against me, he stepped in and took care of it BEFORE it even got to that point. HES NICKNAMED the "PIT BULL" for a reason. Few things to note: He is dual licensed in both states Missouri AND Illinois He can help you protect PROFESSIONAL LICENSES, fight allegations of any kind, or any criminal issues (I did not have any criminal issues but my referral had and was exonerated of them as he was her lawyer), and he is an honest, straightforward guy. He is not the cheapest but THE BEST!! While another lawyer was quadruple the cost and A JERK, John did an AMAZING job, VERY PROFESSIONAL, very kind and STRAIGHTFORWARD. He also was a police officer BEFORE law school so he can see things at different angles, and has an uncandid perception versus other attorneys because EXPERIENCE COUNTS!!! He has a decent retainer but has a flat fee for a case. After the retainer you can also make payments if needed to pay the rest of the fee. Communication--They communicate pretty well. I have never been in a situation like this before and had a lot on the line (but he reassured me all was fine and it was all BS). His secretary Jessica would communicate with me via text who is wonderful! Especially by text it is very convenient. I have never been in a situation like this before. If you have any kind of professional license, family, criminal, or juvenile law problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!

I was personally referred to John by one of his own relatives. I called his office 4 four different times over a week & left my number for a callback with his secretary. John never had the decency to return my call. I couldn't imagine putting him on retainer knowing he doesn't return calls.

John is a great lawyer. He helped me get through my case and got me the best sentence possible. He walked me through every step of the way and I would recommend him to anyone.

John is an excellent lawyer. He is professional, an excellent listener and dedicates his time to his client.
