Bare bones, minimum effort group. I had to tell them I won my case! SS/DDS HAD MY FILE ON STEP TWO THE SAME DAY THESE SLACKERS SAID THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE MY INFORMATION - THAT THEY FORWARDED TO DDS. They never even acknowledged receipt of a dozen emails I sent them. It's 18 months after the entitlement date and just today I learned that date is the one you add two years to for Medicare. These slackers told me nothing.

Very disappointed with attorney John Nelson with Law offices Kassin & Carrow! Filed for disability in December 2015, thought he was doing a excellent job until I recieved a final decision of denial. After being told in 2015 that my case would be hard because of my age he calls me today to tell me he will no longer represent me! Obviously, he's only in it for the quick $. Also, after my court hearing he spoke with the judge "off the record" and when he came out to speak with me.. he stated I had nothing to worry about that I was simply waiting for a letter. He gave me false hope!! I do not recommend ANYONE to use their services.

These are wonderful people! Everything breezed along easily for me, they are very sympathetic to my condition! Always available! Extra shout out to my attorney at the firm Christopher Syrup! Definitely recommend them!
