Wasted 2 years telling us we had a good case. Within the first year they stated it was taking them so long because they didn't have my mother's medical records. Then they dragged it out until the statute of limitations was reached. It's states in clear words why my mom died on her death certificate and we were told by Kurt this was a very good case and the medical malpractice was within the first 4 pages of her being admitted! There's so much proof and documentation to prove malpractice and still nothing ! We had a good case until the last minute when they were about to file the lawsuit then they call stuttering barely explaining why they were dropping the case! I would NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY ! YOU FAILED MY MOTHER HER GRANDKIDS AND HER FAMILY!!! 1000/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! A WASTE OF 2 YEARS!!! THEN THEY SENT BACK ONLY HALF THE MEDICAL RECORDS AND KEEP SAYING THEY SENT EVERYTHING BACK AN IVE WENT THROUGH THEM SO MANY TIMES AND HALF OF THEM ARE MISSING !!! I CANT SAY WHAT I BELIEVE THEYRE DOING BUT PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY !!! I AM BEGGING YOU !!!
