I want to leave a real and honest review not to bash the company but to give people like me a heads up. Ben was friendly for the most part, but he has his days. We are all human, so this was understandable. You will have to call and check in on your case sometimes but he does a good job keeping you updated overall. I was honestly really disappointed with my settlement. After waiting over two years and going through six months of therapy, my case settled for 40,000. In the end I only took home about 6,000. I did borrow 2,500 through a loan company Ben referred me to and they charged 5,000 total, so if you add that back in, my real take home would have been about 11,000. (I received 8.5k in total loan interest was 2.5k). This is the type of review I wish I had seen before because people deserve to know what to expect. My vehicle was repaired about 95 percent and I was told not to worry about the rest. I didn't because I thought the settlement would cover that last bit, but of course 6,000 did not go far. I believe I gave Ben around 37 percent since we went into litigation, the medical side took about 33 percent, and I was left with roughly 30 percent. For an accident that almost totaled my car with all four of my children in it, the outcome just felt disappointing. To be fair, Ben did try to advise me not to take the loan, but even so, walking away with only around 11,000 after everything just didn't feel right. This is simply my honest experience, take from it what you will.
