Worst staff . Brenda and Diane are very unprofessional. I talked to Brenda on April 17 and I was told everything was good to go James will take care of the ticket . Diane called me Friday 05-19 to tell my file was over and they don't have anything for my court date . Once u quested her she started yelling at me . Very unprofessional rude . I think it's time to retire Miss Diane. Today I get an email that I need to find a new lawyer that James is too busy .
