Most unprofessional lawyer I have ever met! I would never recommend her. Me and my ex agreed on terms so we wouldn't need to go to court. She never returned calls or emails it's been 3 weeks now. Also she is very unprofessional in court and plain out classless. She said it was ok for my ex to threaten blowing my house up. She needs help herself.

I cannot express in words HOW ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS this ATTORNEY, Ms. Cluck is!!!! She was dedicated to assisting us with a very serious matter with our grandchildren. She is a detailed oriented, intelligent, caring and a compassionate individual. She goes above and beyond in her expertise and if I had too, I would travel miles and miles to ensure I was able to have her Representation!!! I have referred many of my dear friends to her office. Her Paralegal always takes messages and my phone calls are returned in a very timely manner. What an EFFICIENT and ORGANIZED attorney!!! Without reservation, she is AWESOME!!! Thank you for your knowledge and skills in making our case go so smoothly!!

Tara took my divorce case, under the circumstances, that I'm on disability, a stay at home mom, while my ex-husband is a supervisor, the one who makes the money. I am not pleased with her and her service or lack thereof. I filed for a divorce in May 2019, I just learned that our divorce was final last week, not from Tara, but from looking on case.net myself. It was final on 12/28/2020, but she did not call me, or even send me the judgement. Because, for a year & 7 months, she did not return my calls, texts & many emails. Before covid, I went to the office weekly, because that's the only way I thought might make a difference, it didn't, still the questions & feelings I had from the beginning, I still have, because she did not fight for me or my 11 year old son, no consideration taken, for the years of emotional & or physical abuse, if anything, I feel that she sided with my ex-husband. Her office is not handled in a professional way, I am very dissatisfied with her & her office staff! I would not recommend her to anyone at this point. She was paid for a service & I still got the runaround. After I learned that our divorce was final, I called, text & emailed her, but still no response!

Tara is now the prosecuting attorney for child support in Andrew County. It's so unfortunate that barb had to retire. Since she's taken over my ex has been able to avoid his obligation for a whole year. The state of Missouri in general sucks, but it's even worse with somebody who doesn't fight for the kids in charge of the cases. I'm just coming to terms with the fact I'll probably never see the rest of the money for my daughter. I was hoping that we'd get something even if it's $50 before Christmas but case just keeps getting continued without my ex being required to make a payment. Barb at least asked for payments at the time of court.

I am not pleased at all with her and her services or lack thereof. She never returns calls or emails. She does not follow through with what she says she will take care of.
