These people did not take correct legal action before a making a garnishment. I never received a phone call or contacted in any way. Not only that, they are garnishing my ex wife as well for the same charges, so double dipping. So I call several times, leave several messages, and nothing. I wanted to talk to find out what these were for and provided me with details on what they were for. Pretty sure they are charging me for things my ex wife owes after the divorce. Crooked. If you get a garnishment through these people, check it carefully. Now I have to hire an attorney or lawyer to fight it. I would have been more than happy to arrange payments providing they showed me what it was for, but didn't go that route.
