Horrible most dishonest lawyer i ever came a cross. Between him and his other lawyer friend, they wasted over three years of our time on a malpractice case. After them breaking off all communication, I knew something was wrong. Even though they had a court date set So I had to call the court to see if they had changed the date for the malpractice case. The lady at the courthouse was not very impressed with me.Calling, she said, this is information.My lawyer should be telling me, but I told her they had refused to take my call for over 3 or 4 months. So she looked it up and found the reason that they broke off contact. They dropped the case and was trying to keep the information from me. It's a good thing that I decided to call the courthouse instead of driving twelve hundred miles to find out that they dropped the case.Without telling me. Heck it to him a year and a half before he even told me that he himself would not do the case unless my mother signed a contract stating she would pay rather he won case or not. I told morrey from day 1 I would not be interested in anything besides a contingency cases nor would my mother. He told me even though he would require her to sign this he would promise he would never charge a dime without winning case even though contract said differently and I told him my mother is far to smart to agree to something that absurd and that's when he got his friend burdock I believe was his name and he would not require a written promise to pay without him winning case. Morrey was still involved in case is what mr burdock told me although I dont know to what extent the whole thing got weird. Then burdock went in hospital with his own health issue and between 3 and 4 months went by before I called court and found out they had dropped case without telling me or my mother
