I'm sorry, but absolutely worst experience not only did Kevin lie to me through the process, but has failed to support properly. I recently went through a divorce and at the first court appearance he was late knowing what time it was for the hearing with no upfront notification to myself or to the courts that he was running late for any reason whatsoever Then the second appearance he didn't even show, and he sent his assistant or partner in his place and she was very helpful and I wish that she would've finished out the case then we went to the third hearing and Kevin lied to me told me that my ex and her lawyer files for a continuance so then talk to her lawyer and her and find out that he Asked for the continuance himself and at that point me and my ex who were on good terms came to an agreement and finalize things with her lawyer and I only continue to use Kevin as the person to represent me and make sure that the paperwork got filed properly with the court Since the court appearances have ended, and we knew that it was gonna be finalized. I have asked his law firm on multiple occasions about child support and how I go about paying it or when I'll start seeing it deducted out of my paychecks and everything no answer whatsoever until recently he sent a correspondent through his secretary that told me your case is over and settled. We're not gonna do anything for you anymore. Essentially as what it says I don't recommend him even with all of the five star reviews he has it's hard to get a hold of him. If you email you can't just walk into the office you have to schedule an appointment and even when you schedule an appointment it seems like nobody's there to let you in or anything When you do ask a question and you do get follow up. They don't provide it in a timely manner, I feel like my divorce could've been finalized a lot sooner that he communicated with my exes attorney and an appropriate timeframe. We probably would've never even had to show up after the first appearance we would've known everything that needed to be done upfront got it done and had to finalized what we were both told by multiple law firms, including the law firms that represented us for our case That if it's uncontested, it should take maybe 90 to 120 days even with the backlog because of the amount of people getting divorced in this day and age, it took us from filing in November 2024 until the end of July 2025 to get our divorce finalized and I personally feel a lot of it has to do with this law firm.

Hired Mr. Wibbenmeyer to represent me in my divorce. It was a simple one, no house, no kids, I was just trying to give her whatever she needed from our personal belongings and move on. She was trying to drag out the process so I hired Mr. Wibbenmeyer to speed it up. He told me he would show up to court and I didn't have to, he missed both court dates, and never told me, I had to ask or find out from my ex. This alone cost me 2 months of time from the person who said they would speed up the process. I asked him to draw up settlement paperwork, he said he would have it to me in a few days, after a month of trying to get him to do it I finally found a new lawyer. He was very difficult to get ahold of while I had hired him, but when I emailed him to stop working he replied in 6 minutes, and at that time he simply agreed to stop working, which left me with the impression that he was ready to be done working for me. He very clearly didn't care about my case enough to work it, and cost me money, time, and stress of having to fight my lawyer on top of an already terrible situation, I would highly encourage anyone to go elsewhere for legal assistance.

I would say that my experience with Brandee was just world class service. I have used this firm on several occasions and every time customer service from the front desk to interacting with Brandee has always been nothing but professionalism. She listen and take the time to answer all your questions without rushing through to the next client. I never felt that I was just another client but she really took whatever time needed and I have always said the first impression goes a long way with me.
