Mr Goldberg promised to be aggressive and call the prosucuter. Who he claimed multiple times to have a relarionahip. He bever called . He was non responsive to calls and questions and didnt follow theough. He said he had a lot of cases . All he did was write a poorly written 2 sentence letter to prosecutor. I had to terminate our agreement and hire another atty

I never got any contact back whatsoever after I called to explain my case to see if they would take it. I kept calling them every other week for several months. They never contacted me. I was always the one calling to ask for an update. I mean, I get it if you don't want to take my case. Lawyers can have lots of reasons for not taking cases. But you just completely abandoned me, not even a courtesy call to let me know you're not taking my case so I could try to find another lawyer or drop it. Very disappointed.
