In our initial meeting with Lester C. Stuckmeyer and my two HOA trustee colleagues, we were given a concise explanation of the services that we could expect after choosing Martin, Lethe, Stuckmeyer and Associates. Mr. Stuckmeyer took the time to amasser all our question & concerns.

I left a message with Mr. Martin's office seeking legal advice concerning a real restate transaction. I promptly received a call from Mr. Martin and I explained the situation and the terms of the purchase contract. Since this was an out of state sale, Mr. Martin recommended that I contact an attorney from that state, who would be more familiar with the laws of that state. I expected the conversation to end at that point, but he expressed concerns about the terms of the sale and continued on with the conversation, giving me great legal advice concerning this transaction. I was very impressed, and should I need legal advice in the future, I will be sure to call his office. I certainly recommend that you give Mr. Martin's legal office a call should you be in need of an attorney.

I don't know what the opposite of customer services is, but whoever answered the main number yesterday, 12/7/2024, could write a book on the subject. I own two businesses and if that were my employee, I would fire her ASAP. It doesn't matter how good the lawyers are if you can't get any help when they are unavailable. All she did was look for excuses NOT to help.
