Always used Mr. Burke but Mr. Burke retired Aunt still a great attorney's office with Briscoe and associates. Would highly recommend them if you ever need a good attorney.

Jim Briscoe was my attorney. He treated me like just another number and did nothing to fight for more lenient charges. I would've been better off representing myself and saving my money. All he cares about is his phone and in my opinion he's not good at his job. Just another lying lawyer giving false hope so he can get money out of you. He will not fight for you, he will not go above and beyond or be a shark for you..To him he's just going through the motions and you're just the topic of the hour.
