Eric Boehmer is a crook of an attorney.. he was paid a year ago to handle a traffic violation and I never heard anything from him since. Fast forward a year and I get a letter from his office saying he is dropping my case due to "non communication." I've never received an email, call, text, or mail to my house about this case after I paid him. In fact, I've checked case net monthly to monitor the court update and every time we near court date he files a motion of continuance, that went on for a year. Upon contacting his office I'm always told he's unavailable and to just call back. Never got in contact with Eric to this day and he sent another attorney from his office to call me about the situation which I find highly unprofessional. Never got my money refunded either. I found another attorney and he took care of my ticket same week that he got paid.

My experience with them was horrendous. They have zero communication. I had to constantly ask them what was going on because I wasn't informed of things. It seems they do the easiest thing instead of what is best for their clients. After dragging out my case as long as possible they got the minimum amount and would not fight for me AT ALL. If you want an attorney who won't talk to you unless you force it, who won't read your case fully before meetings, who won't listen to you this is the office to go to. It is clear to me that they do not care about their clients at all.

This man Eric Boehmer is the absolute champion of law in St. Charles! He is a genius when it comes to getting you a great outcome on your case and has built a dream team around him. Shout out also to Dominic and Mindy the best paralegal in the game who kept me calm and hopeful whenever I was stressed. If your scared for your life like I was then do yourself a favor and only settle for the best because Boehmer Law is the only call you will need to make. he will be my lawyer for the rest of my life but hopefully I won't need him but seriously they saved my life and will do the same for you. You guys rock!
