I get a voicemail from a private investigator hired by this law firm wanting to serve me a summons. Complete shock to me. I contact the company that hired this law firm to summons me to court and find that there is no case or problem with my account. Investigator tells me he can't stop the summons process and refers me to a paralegal at this firm. The receptionist told me the paralegal wouldn't be able to talk to me regarding the case. I AM the case and you can't talk to me? Weird. I spoke to two different receptionists who transferred me to two different voicemails. NOONE has returned my call. I sent a message through their website, no response. Finally, I get a text from the private investigator that the case was dismissed and situation resolved. This was VERY upsetting and scary to me. So UNPROFESSIONAL! I don't recommend at all.

My attorney is Tom Benson. He has helped me a number of times. I get very prompt service, reassurance and results. Tom has always got me a great result. Remember that Lowther Johnson also handles landlord tenant and debt collections so some of the reviews are on here that are negative are actually positive for you. People posting negative reviews about a law firm that collects debts or evicts people are usually the defendant who is not represented by Lowther Johnson so they were on the losing end (represented by someone else), and are upset that Lowther Johnson actually did a good job.

This company took a deposit and slowly began work on what should have been a relatively simple case. After Jacob Haskins failed to answer or return my calls and emails for months at a time, and only worked on the case when pressed to, I had to relinquish the firm's services, no further ahead than when I first contacted them. Completely useless.
