I went through a four year custody battle and Jim was handed the case halfway through. He made the transition perfectly. He has always responded to calls and emails in a reasonable time frame (lawyers are busy so you can't always expect same day) and was always a pleasure to work with. Not all cases are the same, but i as a father seeking equal custody and primary residential status, Jim didn't give up, even though many lawyers told me I'd be lucky to get more than every other weekend. Even when it seemed like a losing battle he kept working hard and we got the custody agreement that we wanted.
