Early on in the process and was a little concerned about obtaining the services of a reputable and honest firm. Greta and John were both helpful and reassuring on taking the next steps given I was out over my skis to resolve on my own. Looking forward to having them handle the process for me especially given the lack of communication and good faith by other company who has already accepted 100% liability but refuse to call me directly to resolve. I will follow up with another review at end of my case hopefully it will be along the same lines.
