Just spoke with Mr. Randy on the phone- and tried to get information about probate/trust after the passing of my husband. He was rude, demeaning, and disrespectful. When I would ask to re-clarify because I'm new to all this, he would just yell at me through the phone. In the end he yelled "I'm not going to help you" and slammed the phone.
