This review is based on David Staus's experience with Mr. Buckley. I spent over a year and a half with James and his staff and never once was he unprofessional or degrading to me or my children. As a matter of fact he helped me see the positive out of a very negative situation. His staff always made me feel at ease and made my many visits there very comfortable. There was a time I had a discussion with my banker, he asked who my lawyer was and let me know I had one of the best!! He was absolutely correct!!!! Our experience with Buckley was positive from the very beginning. We were nervous about needing to find an attorney for a court case, partly due to the concept that "lawyers are just after your money" and are generally expensive, and also because we've never had to use a defense attorney before.
