Admittedly, I gave this guy probably one of the most complex cloud on title case that any attorney would have to face. Jaired was absolutely perfect! He is both extremely knowledgeable, willing to do the homework and research on all the weird curve balls this title case presented, and also down-to-earth and confident enough to listen to me as a client. My husband and I LLC have cleaned title issues before, I'm not an attorney, but I had some insights for him that I thought would help.
