Jim Eftink was absolutely FANTASTIC. I see on here that there are some bad reviews over "Guardian adlitem" situation. Jim was not my guardian adlitem, but what I've found out over the past couple of years of dealing with the court systems, that's just how the position of "Guardian Adlitem" is. Guardian Adlitems are NOT what you think they are supposed to be. I've had multiple on our case and they ALL handled it the exact same way. So I can't speak much on that, BUT I can speak on the fact that the ENTIRE eftink law firm is absolutely top of the line. Jim Eftink went so far above and beyond for my entire family it's not even funny. He was absolutely the best family lawyer I've ever had the pleasure of working with before in my life. He was Honest, Diligent and REALLY knew what he was doing. It was a very long drawn out process and Jim stood firm the ENTIRE time. Every time I had litterally any questions or concerns that I could possibly think about, Jim was always right there with all the answers. And if he wasn't there when I needed something, his father Gerard would step up to bat and hit nothing but home runs. And if neither were available, their receptionist Amy would always steer me in the right direction. So long story short, if you know you are NOT in the wrong, and your willing to handle reality properly with realistic expectations, then the entire Eftink firm is the firm for you. The only thing that proves cases is time. Strap up because it is a WILD ride. But if you're being represented by any of the Eftink's, just know that you are in GREAT hands.
