Spent a lot of money with these people and it's been 8 months and I STILL haven't received an itemized statement as to where all my money even went after I've asked multiple times. I hired Lisa to attain guardianship of my grandma and she didn't do any discovery whatsoever before court, even though she had 2 months to do so, therefor we went to court completely unprepared and I ended up having to give up the fight because of that. Had discovery been done I could have been prepared so that I wouldn't have to pay 10k+ more to drag it out 6 months longer. Super upsetting. Don't recommend whatsoever.

Rude staff. Called to request a consultation for an estate without a will, and was *rudely* told they couldn't help me due to a lack of certain documentation (despite having other lawyers tell me it isn't an issue). It's fine they couldn't help me, but the rudeness of the phone staff to a more than likely bereaved potential client was not a good first impression. Thankfully another law firm was respectful, able and willing to help.

My husband I and recently had Lori Rook at Ozark Elder Law help us with all of our Estate Planning. I couldn't be more pleased with the process and the entire offices professionalism. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to friends and family.

Our meeting with Elyse felt like family time! Thanks to them for serving our father so well, and for guiding us through the inheritance logistics since his passing.
