Jessica Martin and her staff have been amazing to work with! We have used her as our attorney for over 3 years. If you are looking for a knowledgeable attorney that will walk you through each step and communicate in a timely manner, then look no further. Jessica is professional, pays attention to detail, and truly cares about her clients.

Do not waist your time or money on jessica, she is a good person but an incompetent lawyer. She does not work for you she does what she wants. As soon as she sees that she cant handle the case she will drop you almost a month and a half before your trial date.

Her $300 consult was a waste of time and money. It was clear during the meeting that she hadn't really read any of the advance material provided about the case. She was very defeatist and provided no strategy for getting any of the things I was proposing in the custody modification. There were no outputs from the consult meeting (eg.: summaries, proposals, assessments for path forward). When I called the office to follow-up I was told she wanted another $300 consult fee. No return phone calls. Very unprofessional to the point of ethically questionable.

Jessica Martin is the best family law/adoption attorney we have ever worked with. From our first meeting, she explained everything to our family in terms that were easily understood and she was always very responsive when we had questions outside of our meetings. She walked us through the whole adoption process and had our case settled in a very short amount of time Our family could not have chosen a better attorney for our adoption.
