My name at the time was Cortney Paffrath. I was represented by Kruse Law Office for a simple matter of child support and basic child custody. The case took over 2 years and around $13,000. Continuance after continuance, requests to send the same information multiple times. I do not feel I was properly represented or fought for. Towards the end of the 2 years I stated that I was not happy with how long the process was taking and he threatened to leave me high and dry and drop the case which wasn't an option for me after the excessive fees I had already paid. Since our final court date, the other party in my case has not fulfilled the orders nor was he forced to.
