I go to meet this attorney and he comes out wearing sandals and is very abrasive. Someone said he was familiar with the type of case I wanted to file. I met with him for 15 minutes tops... I give him a check as a retainer. After leaving I just didn't feel good about him. So I called about 30 minutes later and said hey on second thought I don't want to hire you. He tried to talk me out of it and I said no I don't want to move forward. He said okay and I asked him to just rip up the check I gave him. He said okay and if I change my mind let him know. About 3 weeks later his office calls asked why the check didn't clear. I very nice explain that I called Koor within minutes of leaving and told him I changed my mind. I told him to rip up the check he said okay. I never actually had you do anything, you did nothing. They said oh okay no problem. FOUR MONTHS LATER without a phone call or even a letter saying hey on second thought we want you to pay us despite not DOING ANYTHING FOR YOU NOTHING we want to get paid... they just filed a lawsuit against me. THEY DID NOTHING NOT RESEARCH NO FILINGS NOTHING!
Mr. Andrew Koor was phenomenal in regards to the entire legal process to our case.
