I cannot say enough good about Sam Cowherd. He will definitely always be my attorney when I need one. I had started an estate settlement with a Barry county attorney in August. In November I called to ask about it. They had not even started it. Not only that, they had planned on putting a property into probate , costing us a lot of money. They told me they couldn't even start it until the first of the year and I should probably take it somewhere else. I gladly did that! Now for the good part... I took the stuff to Sam Cowherd. He started it the very next day. It did not have to go into to probate , saving us a few thousand dollars . It was all taken care of , filed and sent to judge etc within 8 days!!!!!! Sam is very efficient, down to earth , explains things in detail and lets you know what's going on every step of the way. If you ever need a lawyer you should reach out to Sam Cowherd, he is definitely the best I have found in Barry and Lawrence county..
