My husband and I have been procrastinating for a long, long time when it comes to estate planning. Finally, we contacted Timothy J. Murphy to begin and complete the process. Tim made the process convenient and simple for us!

My grandmother passed away a year and a half ago, and my family went with Tim here to help with the estate. Supposedly it's been "so close!" "One more thing to sign!" For a good long while now. But my grandfather and my mother have been CONSTANTLY contacting little timmy over the phone AND email for over a month to finish this up. Because they're ready and have been ready for a long, long time. We cannot get closure because of this, so, save your time and money, folks! Nobody cares about you here :)

Hired in 2020. Been trying since hired (paid) to get ahold of him. I have emailed, called, text. Timothy took my money and ran. He will not respond to anything. Please just find another lawyer as this one will happily take money, just not do the work.

Divorce is never easy and having Tim as my attorney was one of the best decisions I made. Tim and his staff went over and above throughout the entire process to answer my questions and to remain patient even when my world seemed to be crashing all around me. I think far to often we as humans are used to immediate drive through service from professionals as well as an ability to see into the future. My decision to choose Tim initially did not come lightly. I looked around, but in the end have been more than happy with the choice I made! I would highly recommend!

We had a situation occur to our son and we wanted the issue resolved as soon as possible so he could go back to athletics at school. We sent a request to meet with another law firm in Liberty first and they didn't return our request within 24 hours, so we stopped in to visit and we were told that we wouldn't be able to speak with the attorney needed for a few days as a consultation. We stopped in at the Murphy office and Tim was busy reviewing for a case, but agreed to meet with us and helped us understand the laws surrounding the case and quoted a reasonable price, which really put our minds at ease. Before we even arrived home, he had contacted the court to check the status of the paperwork to move the court date up and left us a voice mail explaining such. All I can say, Tim was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and was able to organize all the evidence and worked with the prosecutor to have the case dismissed, I highly recommend him for your legal needs.
