David and Julie did an awesome job! After another party ran a stop sign and totaled my car, I had first tried to handle everything myself. When that didn't go well I reached out for legal advice and I'm glad I did. You just don't know what you don't know! David's knowledge and expertise were invaluable. Any time I had a question Julie had a compassionate and informed answer. I could rest assured in their oversight so I could concentrate on healing. I am very pleased with the results of my case and recommend them highly!

If I could give him zero stars, I would. My parents have been trying to close out their case with this attorney for over a year and a half. There is absolutely no clear communication. His paralegal Julie, who was the only one we've ever been able to reach, never had any real updates other than to tell us she was working on other demands but that my parents' case was next. She supposedly was working on my mom's case when she decided to quit, and now the attorney nor his office can be reached anywhere. We have been to his office several times, and it's always locked. His voice-mail has been full for over a month, and he has not returned any of the emails sent to him. This has been the absolute worst experience with any lawyer we've ever had. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this practice. By the way, I feel I should mention that whenever we first spoke to him, he said their case should take 6 months to a year tops. Here we are 19 months later and we can't even reach him. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Board of Attorneys to ensure he can not collect on my parents' case when we find another attorney and that other people don't make the same mistake we did by trusting him with their case.

David made me feel very comfortable when we talked about my case. He treats everyone like an old friend and is very easy to talk to. His staff is one of the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever worked with. I have used other lawyers in the past and have never had one offer to drive me somewhere I was unfamiliar with. I hope I never need him again but if I do need a lawyer, he will be my first choice!

Haven't heard from the office in Months Jan2023 Julie the paralegal sent a text stating she is no longer with the firm. Before then I kept getting the run around and excuses on why the attorney couldn't speak to me. Everything was hes in court, hes sick, he just had a set of twins, oh hes still in negotiation with thr other insurance carrier. Run dont go to this firm... terrible decision. David did not retire He "VOLUNTARILY" SURRENDERED his law license after he took his clients checks and cashed them without they knowledge. He forged documents etc.

My fiance was in an accident right after the first of the year in 2017. He was on his way to work when he was rear-ended by a car going at highway speed. Our little car sustained a lot of damage. My fiance was hurt and went to the emergency room. David's paralegal Julie made sure my fiance got the best care and also took care of everything with the other driver's insurance. David got our case settled in record time. My finance even got reimbursed for the hours he lost at his job because of his injuries. David got a settlement large enough for us to do a little family vacation. I would recommend him for anyone in an auto accident. He is thorough , honest, caring and makes the insurance companies pay you what you deserve. Thank you David McCollum.
