I am grateful to practice owner Jill Worstell Benjamin and associate attorney Daniel Sanchez. I became a volunteer medical and social advocate for a man with severe ADHD and impoverished with his child support order. He is now my good friend. He has paid over $142,000 to the custodial parent but his children have been kept from him. The mother did not abide by the law for his last child that the paying non-custodial parent must be notified if a child intends to attend school post-secondary graduation nor did she ever provide any official transcript or grades as required. This man's child support suddenly escalated so severely he could not pay his bills. His social security disability checks were literally cut 50% for the past year. I sought legal help but before we went to trial he wanted to quit due to the financial cost to me. At that point Jill Benjamin personally called me to offer completion by pro bono services. The judge found in his favor and ordered the custodial parent pay back what she had received. The mother got an attorney and petitioned to have the legally filed court order set aside. The judge denied the mother's petition and this is finally over (except the process of getting her to pay what she was ordered to). At the original hearing, the Commissioner judge complimented attorney Daniel Sanchez on his inclusion of Case Law that mirrored this case. This man my husband and I are helping is an example of a good person impoverished and stressed and burdened beyond measure without any means to get help. I am grateful to Jill Benjamin for offering to finish going to court pro bono and to Daniel Sanchez for his excellent legal research, writing, and diligence. Alexandra Middlecamp did a phenomenal job of handling our relocation/custody case. Throughout the duration of the relocation battle, my partner and I sent her an abundance of questions and evidence. We were probably pretty irritating at times. She was consistently responsive with thoughtful answers, always happy to talk and answer questions to satisfaction, and was still mindful of our budget. On the day of the trial, we were up against a lawyer with fifty years of experience. Alex was substantially more prepared, presented the evidence clearly and confidently, and we won the case. I would absolutely recommend her for any custody or relocation trials.

I never wanted to get divorced. I was extremely devastated when I began looking for a lawyer. Initially, I wasn't even aware of Ms. Worstell-Benjamin, but was referred to her when my first lawyer moved away. I'm so thankful that she took me through the trial process. She utilizes a great staff to assist her. Having a whole team dedicated to your cause is comforting when you're going through a divorce. Jill is petite and soft-spoken, which she uses so well to get others to let their guard down. She extracted crucial information for the outcome of my trial during depositions of my ex and her paramour. Being able to watch her work in the courtroom was absolutely amazing. She was able to limit opposing counsel's attacks and highlight their weaknesses without overplaying her hand to the judge. Granted, it helped that my ex made bad decisions at every stage of my divorce, but Ms. Worstell-Benjamin capitalized on those follies and saved me several hundred-thousands of dollars in the final judgement. I truly wish you didn't need a divorce lawyer right now, but since you do, you should hire the best - and that is Ms. Jill Worstell-Benjamin.

My case was a Modification and I was defending a status quo Judgment that had been set up via trial in another state in 2019. The Modification ended up extensive and contentious, but Jill remained ethical, competent, and compassionate throughout. Homeschooling and religious freedom were important and she was able to win on both. I am so grateful to her that she kept fighting and believing. I definitely recommend using her and her office (thanks especially to Audri and Bonnie!) for any family law needs. Updating May 2025 - I have continued to need the services of the Worstell Law firm, and can only add more praise.
