I paid for a consultation with this attorney. While I appreciate that she took time to review some materials I sent prior to our consultation, I was very disappointed in the way I was treated. In a world already full of harshness, it costs nothing to be kind. Rather than approaching me with curiosity and compassion, she came into the call with a predetermined judgment, offered no strategy, minimized my experience with domestic violence, and offered zero empathy or understanding. She had to google healthcare.gov during the call, admitted she wasn't familiar with laws surrounding the system, and still argued in a condescending manner about things she wasn't informed on. The only reason I am giving an extra star is because she refunded the consultation fee after we both quickly realized this was not a good fit. Regardless of the circumstances, no one deserves to be spoken to with such disdain.

I just finished what turned out to be a nasty custody battle with my ex-wife within the lady few weeks. During the original divorce process i consulted with Lisa at the very end of the process abs at that time she recommended that i take another course of action instead of signing off on the deal that was being offered to me but, i stupidly did not take her advice at the time. In my personal opinion she was absolutly right!! She recognized that my previous attorney in my original divorce process had missed several steps that would have helped me with the child custody part of my case, and bit was she right! So, when i went back to court a year later i decided to use Lisa's services instead. Mainly because my previous attorney really screwed me on the deal i got. Thought there was no property being split originally, there still was the master of my son and my relationship with him. The first attorney did nothing but get me hit with as much cild support that they possibly could get as well as myself only getting "12" got a week with my wonderful little boy. Now, having that said, i grew up with a father that wanted nothing to do with me so i vowed that kind of relationship would never describe my personal relationship between myself and my child. Unfortunately i have a very vindictive ex that took me to court again a year later attempting to take ask custody away from me completely ans only give me 2 hours of supervised visits once a week if i was lucky. Now, im not an absolute perfect father but i was not about to lay down and askew this to happen so i remembered lisa this time and hired her instead of going back to my old attorney. Well, let me tell you this. Lisa was the absolute best decision i ever made!! She fought for my rights as if i was fighting for myself. Her and her paralegal were by my side every step of the way. They were always there to answer any questions that i had and they were always looking for new and innovative ideas to help my case. I consider myself an intelligent person but, they would come up with things for my defence that i had never even considered, they are amazing!! I started with zero legal custody and only 50% physical custody of my son with only 12 hours of time with my son each week. Now, i have completely shared custody 50% physical and 50% legal custody. I get every other weekend and one extra day per week with my little boy. I now have a set holiday schedule and i am protected by law now if my ex sites anything to beach the parenting plan!! I have so much more time with him that i even get the information that i never was given before that i now know where he goes to school and can attend his school events, i cannot thank lisa enough for everything she did for me in this case and i got eat more than i even thought was possible! This was densely a win and i could go on and on about all of the other things i won back!! Thing last thing i will say is lisa is worth way more than anything i paid her for this case and i am eternally grateful. So, if you are in a bind and your afraid of losing your child like i was, LOOK THIS ATTORNEY UP, CALL HER, TALK TO HER, i guarantee you absolutly will not regret it. I would recommend lisa as a family attorney to ANYONE that needs help and does not know where to start!! Thank you so much to lisa abs everyone at her office, your all heroes!!
