No worries, will be making content on it on a new page If you can't help someone or don't want to, just say you can't or won't. Don't be that inhuman. I've had a great experience with this office. Reed Hensel and Katie Weis were incredibly patient with all my questions and back and forth emails. It was the first time I got a traffic ticket and I'm not from the US so I don't know how the system works here and they were really helpful with the entire process, which was also super quick on their part. Prices for their services are very fair, even better than other offices I consulted about the same ticket. They are also honest and transparent, the final decision we took was less costly than the original plea to clear the ticket, and they issued me a refund in no time. I definitely recommend coming to them for any issue. Thank you!!

Paid a premium for very poor performance on their behalf. Couldn't reach anyone numerous times in the course of their "representation". They sent an alternate lawyer to a court appearance with no notice to me. When the final court date came, I was left in the courtroom by myself with no representation until I called the office and got the run around for 3 hours until an attorney showed up. Wouldn't wish their incompetence on my worst enemies.

Gets you the best deal possible, you ever get into shit give them a call
