Kirby and his law office were amazing! He always responded promptly and professionally. Going through a divorce is emotionally taxing... If you want to at least feel the burdens of getting divorced lifted from your shoulders I highly recommend Kirby. His prices were very affordable. During a trying time he will help alleviate some of the burden and fight for you!

Not sure why my review got taken down but it's necessary for my review to be here since reviews are why I decided to hire Kirby in the first place. My experience dealing with Kirby and Samantha was awful. Zero follow through, no communication and attitude. Wasted 2.5 years and several thousand dollars to watch him lay down and do nothing. When I say nothing, I mean NOTHING. He didn't do what he said he would and 8 months after doing nothing, I was upset, he made me pay dearly for that. Told me he wouldn't charge for texts and sure enough he still tried. It simply isn't ethical to operate in this manner in my opinion. Of course a generic response will be entered talking about addressing falsehoods, which is a complete joke. Everyone needs to be aware of this kind of lawyer.

Kirby recently represented me in my very lengthy and stressful divorce. I hired Kirby for a child custody case, he was always honest and upfront of what to expect from day one. He kept good communication and was always supportive of frustrations as there are many of them in custody disputes.
