Tim took the time to answer my questions and work around my schedule. But most of all, his firm answers the phone. Small matters were not treated like a nuisance. This is the reason that after I moved, I still use his services, even though the firm is 50 miles away.

Amy Howard hires this Law Firm to scam tenants out of their deposits. Trusting them would be an awful choice after moving into a newly renovated unit they conspired to take our entire deposit. These people must not be trusted. A 1,100 deposit turned into a 8 DOLLAR REFUND BECAUSE OF DAMAGES TO CARPET (this unit was newly renovated) and we left it in pristine condition.
