Prior to founding Kelly & Jansen, David acted as Jackson County Prosecutor for 5 years. David feels this experience helps him in the courtroom on a daily basis. In addition to David's long resume, he has 25+ years' law experience and has been involved in 30+ jury trials throughout his tenure.

I think David Kelly is among the worst lawyers. He took $28,000 from me and didn't do the work. He was supposed to take my case to trial, but instead lied to the court and withdrew from the case. I believe he is a straight up thief.
