To the Office of Molly Nail,
I'm writing to express our deep disappointment regarding our experience with your office throughout the probate process for my wife's late father and her stepmother.
My wife, her brother (on behalf of their father), and her two stepsisters (on behalf of their mother) all hired your firm to handle what was a very emotional and difficult process. From our first meeting in November 2024, we were hopeful. Molly came highly recommended by a trusted attorney friend and made a strong first impression--prepared, knowledgeable, and attentive during the initial meeting.
Unfortunately, that level of service did not carry forward. Communication from your office was minimal at best. We often felt completely in the dark and only received updates after we initiated contact. As clients unfamiliar with the probate process, we were looking for guidance and clarity, but instead felt like we were bothering your paralegal any time we asked basic questions.
After what felt like six months of confusion and waiting, probate was finally filed--though not in the way Molly had initially described. Then came the issue of billing. We received a statement that included charges for both our portion (related to my wife's father) and the stepsisters' portion (related to their mother). We paid our portion promptly and clearly communicated that the other half was not our responsibility.
Strangely, despite needing the stepsisters' information to file probate in the first place, your accounts payable department claimed they didn't have their contact info. Even more concerning, we were then sent an invoice for the stepsisters' portion, which we had already clarified was not our responsibility.
This entire process has been emotionally draining, and the lack of organization, follow-through, and basic communication from your office only added to the stress. We expected a more compassionate, coordinated, and professional experience from a firm referred by a trusted legal colleague.
We sincerely hope this feedback encourages your team to reassess how clients are supported during such delicate legal matters. Clear communication, accurate note-taking, internal coordination, and respectful follow-up should be basic expectations--not exceptions.

After speaking with Attorney Corey M. Henry about a property I received following my mother's passing, I initially felt encouraged. He seemed genuinely concerned and ready to help with the issue I was facing. We spoke several times, and he told me he would call back after looking into some things.
Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call. I tried reaching out for about two weeks straight. Each time, his secretary answered and transferred me to his line, only to come back and say he was in a meeting or on another call, but that he would return mine. It's now been about three weeks, and I still haven't heard back.
If this was something he couldn't take on, I would have appreciated a clear answer instead of being left in the dark. I was especially disappointed because I Received him as a Christian man, but this experience felt like very poor business practice. That's why I'm giving this firm one star. after reading other reviews on this law firm those that has given 4/5 stars I wish I had the same experience that you guys were given.

If you make a consult, don't spend much time on the intake forms as the attorneys claim to read them but then ask you the same questions in the paid consultation.

I consulted with one of their attorneys about a real estate matter. The advice she gave me didn't seem right so I consulted with two more attorneys neither of whom is associated with this firm. Those two attorneys' advice was the same and was in line with what I thought was the correct advice. I am a paralegal so I am not ignorant of the law.
Chinnery Evans and Nail charged me $157 for their incorrect advice. I think I am entitled to a refund of that fee.
