I have worked with Injury Law Associates for two cases. I worked with Rachel and Marie. They were attentive and communicative. They made my process easy while they did they hard work. I loved that they were straight up and honest with me. Marie continued to inform me the progress of my cases. Both Marie and Rachel had a great sense of humor which helped to build rapport with me. Great law firm to work with and love how they take care of their clients.

My injury case is ongoing but the vehicle repair part has finally came to a close thanks to them reaching out to make sure the other company took care of the damages. Always asked if I needed anything or what they could do better. Was concerned if I was doing well and how treatment was going. Rachel took my case in 2020 was positive at first then Mike Waddel a 25 year in house lawyer for insurance company's took over my case. A tree fell on my rv i was in it at the time so far I have had years of spinal pain shots in back and on and on jan 12 2025 I had to have surgery for level 4 ACDF and later will need lower lumbar surgery Mike and Rachel told me after over 5 years that I need to settle first for 75 k then for 100k which would not have even paid medical bills so they withdrew from my case after over 5 years because I refused lowball offer I am much better now that I have new lawyer. The settle ment offers were total my part was 30 k and I pay outstanding medical bills which would have bankrupted me....beware of their contract that states 37% before case filed then 40% after case filed if they quit case i pay 450 dollars hour lawyer fee and 150 hour paralegal fees. It is my personal belief that they never intended to take my case to court but to force me to settle for whatever the insurance co offered
