I could write a short novel for this review. From the very beginning, dealing with this attorney as the appointed GAL in my case was absolutely unprofessional and quite pointless. I have NO idea what I paid for. I gave this man $650 for an hour of his time and nothing more. I was highly emotional during this one time meeting, due to being forced to fight through the court system just to have a normal relationship with my son. Daniel made it clear from the beginning that this meeting wasn't about anything but his ego and his delicate feelings. He told me that I offended him because I asked him, "if he was a parent, or had children". I was simply curious if he could relate to what I was dealing with. He responded with, "I'm going to stop you right there, just because someone doesn't have children, doesn't mean they aren't a parent". I found this comment to be odd and off-putting, because I was seeking for understanding, however, I continued to just "offend" him. He never read one text message, did not watch one video nor looked at one single picture of my son or any documentation that I had to help my case. After I left his office, that was the end of his interaction. He never met my son, he never came to my house, he never talked to my son's daycare etc. My case ended with ZERO amount of his participation. After reading his other reviews from other women, I can see a pattern. I would advise others to requested another GAL if he is appointed.

Daniel was so helpful to our family and worked hard to anticipate all the various issues that could potentially pop up with our case, and had multiple backup plans for contingencies. Would definitely recommend using him! Great attorney!

All I can say is if you're a female, stay away. He is a bully, he's rude, he has no business being able to speak for "our children" during a divorce. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. He did not listen, he belittled my family, after HE ASKED to speak with them. I highly recommend you STAY FAR AWAY.
