I highly recommend Matt Webster if you need an attorney. It has taken years to resolve my case, and Matt and his staff have done an excellent job the entire time. They have always quickly responded to any issues or questions that have come up and they never made me feel like just another case in their firm. After working with them over the last few years, it's obvious they really care for their clients and go above and beyond for them. It's not just a job to Matt and his staff, and I appreciate that.

I moved to Missouri for a job and was actually hired for the job but had to also pick up a part time job as well. So, I began looking and like most people I went to work at a restaurant. I ended up getting injured at this job and went to the emergency room for treatment. My arm was in a cast. I knew I needed to find a workers comp attorney. Now like I said I had just moved here to Missouri, so I knew no-one. I was watching TV one day and saw an ad for Morrison Webster & Carlton Law Firm. Now I always thought attorneys were money grubbing pigs. But I thought I would try these guys out. The consultation was free, so I had nothing to lose. I met with attorney Thomas Carlton. He asked all kinds of questions. Keep in mind you will telling your story over and over so never lie. Anyway, getting back on track. Tom made feel comfortable and at ease. He did not sugar coat anything (my case) so I felt comfortable. He was honest with me, and I decided to sign with the firm and have them represent me. I liked the fact that no matter what attorney you signed on with all the attorneys worked together as a team to help you. The paralegals/legal assistants played a big part in your case as well. Most times I spoke to one of them but that does not mean the attorney had forgotten you or was busy with a more profitable case it just meant he was busy working on your case and his staff were there to make sure any questions or concerns you have are getting answered or appointments were scheduled for you to speak to the attorney. The attorneys make you feel like your case is the most important case they are working on, and you are their most important client. I know because this is how they made me feel. All cases are different, mine went on for many years, so don't give up they didn't. Always tell the truth and stay off Social Media. It is not your friend in cases like this. Mr. Morrison retired, and Mr. Carlton and Mr. Webster continued fighting for me. Tom sent me to see their expert doctors and they were very reputable. I would recommend Webster and Carlton Law Firm to anyone who needs help with a workers compensation injury.

UNFORTUNATELY I've been injured twice in the last 10yrs at two different jobs but FORTUNATELY for me Webster and Carlton was there for me both times specifically Matt Webster he was always there for me whenever I had questions. He always answers them and explain things to me in a way that I could really understand it and not "Lawyer talk" having Webster and Carlton represent me during my two injuries, I interacted a lot with Terri and Michelle those ladies were always really helpful whenever I called and had questions. They were always able to answer them and if they couldn't, they would get with Matt and always got back with me to let me know what was going on, I even had interactions with John the office manager a couple of times I needed a check made out to me because of issues with the insurance company and John was really helpful. I strongly recommend Matt Webster to anyone in need of representation due to a worker's compensation injury. I initially went to the Webster/Carlton office in Joplin, having heard positive comments about their work ethic and fair treatment of clients from a relative who worked in an HR department of a company located in Joplin. I was not convinced I needed legal representation, so I went to the Joplin office unannounced to gather information. Even though I did not have an appointment, Mr. Webster took the time to visit with me and answer my questions so that I could make the best decision for me.
