10/10 would recommend! From day one she had my back. She was determined to right the wrong that had been done to me!! She was diligent, caring, and is not afraid of prosecutors! She backs up everything she says she will do. She became like family and was very invested. Her staff was empathetic and helpful as well. I'm so thankful for choosing her and will continue to recommend her again and again. Myself and my family is so very thankful for her!

I hired Martin Law Office last year. I mostly worked with Lauren. All of the office staff were very professional. Lauren was friendly and empathetic. She has a good understanding of the law and was attentive to my needs. While working with Martin Law Office, I got the sense that they cared about my case, and about me as a client. They even had crayons and coloring pages to keep my 3-year-old occupied, and it was never a problem that I brought her with me. My case was simple family law, but if I were in a more challenging situation, Tracy and her team would be my first choice. Something tells me they can be ruthless when necessary. I would absolutely hire Martin Law Office again. Hopefully, I won't need them anytime soon. If you need a good attorney, you'll get a team of them working for you here.

I went to Tracy because she has served my family well years ago. In my meeting with her she was attentive to my situation and needs. We worked out a plan and set an agreement. I asked her if she could work with me on a payment plan. She assured me that would be no problem. She asked what I could do to get started , I told her and she agreed. She told me to set it up with her front office personnel. I couldn't get it together at first, it took a bit to get it. When I was able to, I called to get everything started. However, the front office personnel was extremely abrasive and would not even consider talking with Tracy about our agreement and wouldn't take the discussion further until I had given her 7x what Tracy and I had agreed upon to get started.

In our court custody case, Tracey was amazing! She's fair and will put her clients needs first! Thank you Tracey for being a game changer in our family moving forward! We couldn't have thanked her enough, she was def a blessing in our case!

One of the worst, uneducated Attorneys I've had so far. She is a complete sell out. In the beginning, she took my case and made me promises that she had no intention on keeping. The quality of her work was very poor. I asked her if I could have my uncle support me throughout the process because he was paying my legal fees and wanted to make sure I was treated fairly. She agreed. During the meeting my uncle did not interrupt he listened and thanked her at the end. After our first meeting she sent me a long email threatening to withdraw as my counsel right before the du novo hearing saying that she did not appreciate me having my uncle included. I was totally lost because again she had agreed. Later after I kissed her behind and stroked her ego to get her to stay on board, she drafted our opposing argument and sent it for my review. The entire document was botched so badly that she often referred to me as Mrs. (With my ex last name) even though we were never married and Mr. ( with my own last name even though I'm a woman) the document had copy and pasted information in size 72 font along with 2 pages full of emojis and was filled with privileged communication information that I did not want her to include because it was going to make me appear as a bitter ex. When I brought all this to her attention for correction again she threatened to file a motion to withdraw. During the hearing she fumbled through her paperwork and her cross examination was horrible. We lost the case. Then during the draft of the temporary order, she was buddy buddy with my ex's attorneys who were already his best friends (husband and wife) so I really did not need that and although I didn't agree with what was being written she did not allow me to have any say. Again she threatened to withdraw as my counsel and she did right before trial. She does not listen, will sell you out, very uneducated in her practice, very sensitive and moody, if you simply have a question or concern about your case the direction it's going or any of her work, she will threaten to withdraw as your counsel. She's cheap for a reason. RUN
