I hired Austin last year and paid in full. He acted like he has handled my certain case before. However, he is not at all knowledgeable in that particular area. I've only been able to actually reach him maybe 3 times in a year and a half, he does not at all communicate, I have had to call the courthouse myself to find out when my court date has been scheduled only to find out it has been pushed out 6 times since May of this year and not one time during those 6 dates did he reach out. He has gone through multiple assistants in just a year and he never knows who I am. When I do speak with him he usually starts talking about someone elses case and I have to remind him that is not me. I have gotten the run around from him since day one and still gave him the benefit of the doubt. Now, I have to cough up more money and start all over again just to find another attorney and get something, anything done. Do not recommend him.

I hired Austin Bradley to represent me in a felony drug case involving marijuana. Unfortunately, my experience with him and his office was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of others considering his services.
When I first consulted with Mr. Bradley, he assured me he had handled many cases like mine and was confident he could have my case dropped. In hindsight, this should have been a red flag, as no ethical attorney should guarantee results. Despite some concerning reviews online, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and retained him.
From the start, there were numerous issues. I live in Minnesota, which meant traveling a significant distance (10 hours) for each court appearance. Although I repeatedly asked him to request permission for me to appear remotely or for him to appear on my behalf at preliminary hearings, he insisted it would "look better" if I appeared in person. As a result, I had to attend every stage: pre-hearing, hearing, motion to suppress, and pretrial.
Mr. Bradley was often late to court, appeared unprepared, and failed to keep me updated about developments in my case. I requested the prosecution's discovery materials multiple times, but he did not provide them until after I terminated his representation.
At the suppression motion hearing, his lack of preparation was especially evident. He appeared nervous, his questioning of the state trooper seemed improvised, and he did not present the dashcam or audio evidence that he had previously told me we would use to challenge the legality of the stop. This severely weakened our defense. After the motion was denied, I asked him why the evidence wasn't used, but his only response was that he did the best he could.
By the pretrial stage, the prosecution offered a stay of adjudication. However, given Mr. Bradley's lack of professionalism, broken assurances, and poor preparation, I decided to terminate him and move forward without his representation. He later told me he would refund $1,000 because I was dissatisfied.
Unfortunately, the refund process was as unprofessional as his legal work. It took him over a month to even claim he had mailed the $1,000 check via certified mail. When I asked for a tracking number, he admitted he did not have one--even though certified mail always comes with tracking. After two months of not receiving anything, I attempted to contact him repeatedly by email, phone, text, and voicemail, but he did not respond. At one point, his voicemail was full and I couldn't leave messages. When I reached out to his paralegal, I was told he was "too busy" and would contact me when he had time.
Weeks later, I finally reached him by phone. He again insisted he had mailed the check but still could not provide tracking. He promised to send me the number after our call, but never did. He then asked for my address again, saying he would cancel the first check and issue a new one. He assured me this one would also be sent by certified mail and that he would send me tracking. Fast forward to today, October 1, 2025, I have still not received the refund.
When I pressed him again by email, he finally replied--not with proof, but by accusing me of being a "dishonest client" and claiming the most recent check had been signed for. I asked him to provide evidence or tracking to back this up (as reflected in the attached screenshots with this review), but he has not responded. To this day, I have never received the refund he promised.
In summary, my experience with Austin Bradley was highly unsatisfactory. He was unprepared, lacked transparency, and did not deliver the competent representation I expected. Even after firing him, he failed to honor his own promise of a partial refund and handled the situation with the same lack of professionalism.
I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring him to do thorough research and carefully evaluate whether he is the right attorney for their needs. In my opinion, he is not a trustworthy or effective lawyer, and I would advise staying far away.

I hired him to handle a case regarding a well dispute with my neighbor. His retainer was $2000, I paid him $2500 to make sure my case was handled properly. Drove 45 minutes for a scheduled meeting and waited 20 minutes for him to finally text me that he was sick and not going to make the appointment. I was disappointed with him in court, he isn't very aggressive. He missed hitting several key points about the age of my neighbors well pump, the pump was struck by lightning before it went out and the neighbor claimed the well was inspected but he had absolutely no evidence showing that. I've texted Austin following the court hearing only to be ignored. I would not use him again and I would not recommend him.
