Very thankful for Russ. He was extremely patient (with my millions of questions) and helpful through a hard and emotional process. My only regret is not hiring him earlier and saving myself a lot of time and frustration :)

Lack of communication for sure, I always had to do the reaching out for updates on my case, then wait a couple days for a response, when I got denial letter reached out by email, then received a letter in mail few days later saying he was not gonna represent me anymore lol no worries didn't want him to, oh and that I didn't owe him anything either. Feel like he didn't put up much of a fight for me, with no guidance either.
