TOOK FELONY AND A MISDEMEANOR TO TRIAL WITH SARAH ERNST AND WAS ACQUITTED! I was represented by Sarah Ernst in a felony and high-level misdemeanor case. I hadn't committed the crimes of which I was accused. I felt extreme pressure to take a deal offered by the state, but my conscience wouldn't allow me to say I had done something I hadn't done. Sarah stood by me and gave me the confidence to take it to trial. I was acquitted on both counts at trial. I can guarantee you that not all criminal defense attourneys are of the quality and caliber of Sarah.

In my child custody case, Angela was not even as knowledgeable as she deceived me in our consultation, she is highly insensitive to the fact that it was proving to be a traumatic experience for all involved. Angela never would 'check in' with us and make sure we knew what was happening in the case. Her legal representation has destroyed my faith in the justice system. If you're seeking legal help as a child custody client, DO NOT HIRE ANGELA. Silvey & Associates seemed affordable but there are hidden cost. This law firm ate away at my retainer for doing absolutely nothing. I feel tricked, as in my consultation she said that she could help me to get my daughter back. After, a year Anglea says that we need to go to trial and she needs more money. And also I had to pay a fee for each witness I'll like to call NOT included in her trial fee. My daughter's mother registering her for summer school and I asked if how she could still not include me in these decisions but Angela ignored me. Then I asked her is this how she fights for her clients? Then she emails me back saying she is withdrawing from my case TWO MONTHS from out trial date. She says that I need to find new representation...AND quickly!

Angela and Jennifer both went above and beyond to help with my case and get it taken care of. Angela listened to what it was that I wanted and didn't just push for the result she thought sounded easiest. Even if it meant going back and forth a little while longer. She truly listens and cares what her client wants and fights her hardest to make it happen. I have no complaints. If I ever need council again and it's a kind Angela's office handles without a doubt I will be using her again.

She's wonderful to work with and holds to her word when she says she'll do something. I would definitely recommend her and I doubt anything would again but if the need were to arise I will definitely be contacting her again. Angela and Jennifer were extremely professional and helpful with great communication.
