Les Wight is an amazing attorney he worked with me on my divorce. I had been separated 8 years and had trouble affording a divorce, I cannot express how thankful I am that I got my last name back and never had to go to court, luckily everything was handled in his office. He is so personable and kind. Without his help I would still be stuck in that situation. Thank you Les!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I sought legal advise from Les Wight to assist me in a divorce. Being a single parent, I brought my daughter to every appointment with me. He seemed to really care about me and my situation. After collecting my $500 retainer and filing fee I never heard from him or his office again. I decided to call in for an update to know if anything else was needed from me and if anything had been filed. I was told by Les he was short staffed and he would start the paperwork that day and give me a call with updates. Again, never heard back. I called 2 days later, again for an update on next steps. Les told me I needed to stop calling, and I call too much. (this was the second phone call in a two week period). He told me I was on a "tirade" for asking questions such as "What is needed from me?" and "Has it been filed?". He was very upset with me and I was genuinely confused in the change of tone and care for me and my situation. We then came to an agreement that he would not represent me, as I need someone who has patience and understanding. This is my first divorce. He showed absolutely no empathy toward my situation after collecting his fee. I believe he has currently bit off more than he can chew and it may be leading him to be stressed, and showing that in his nasty communication with clients(and lack there of). Me asking questions should not lead to that level of stress and unprofessionalism from an experienced attorney. His office staff, particularly Lauren, was clearly under a lot of stress as well. She was very unpleasant when speaking with me. Les became very unfriendly and quite frankly lacked any human regard and professionalism at all points. I happily collected my $500 back and will be seeking new counsel. I DO NOT recommend. I hope they find kindness in their hearts for the people they are dealing with when seeking their advice and help. After reading other reviews, clearly he is just an unfriendly guy. Sad to see people treat other people that way in their time of need.

My son and I went there to get some type of custody rights of his child. I have had two previous lawyers in my own custody and divorce cases. Let's just say, if I ever have another legal issue, Les will be my new lawyer. He actually sits down, listens, wants to know about the case, about the people involved and he isn't MONEY hungry. So happy to find someone that knows it's about the child and fights for them. . If you need a lawyer... call him first.

I always go to Les!! He's amazing and nothing he can't do! Highly recommend you see him for license or divorce or anything else. He can handle it!!

Les has been my Attorney for all legal matters for many years. In cases that were not his specialties, he always referred me to very knowledgeable and helpful attorneys. I highly recommend him.
