Caused more problems than she's worth. Had to get another attorney to fix her mistakes. Wouldn't return calls.

I hired Shanna Jacoby in Feb 2022 as my divorce lawyer and have been disappointed throughout the whole process... From my client experience, my case was not a priority or urgent. The divorce was final on 8/5/2022 and as of today 8/30/2022- after making several phone calls, leaving messages & sending emails, still no help from them in getting this resolved.and now no word from them at all at this point. A couple of thousands plus dollar's wasted and my case is still not resolved. I would not recommend them. Update as of 10/3/2022 almost 2 months later the case is still not resolved and no word from them or no email response after sending several emails to them.

Shawna is the BEST!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend and will forever use this wonderful and kind hearted respectful woman for all my needs! 10 stars!!!!!

I gave Shanna Jacoby cash to send a letter to my ex for mediation. Said letter did not get sent for 3 weeks after I met with her...and only bc I called the office 3x, emailed twice and texted...and still never heard from her. Finally reached her paralegal over a month later to discuss further steps and still haven't heard from Shanna...after emailing, texting and leaving a message. I will NOT be hiring or recommending this office for anything.
