On December 10, 2021 I was hurt at work and had 2 herniated discs in my lumbar section of my back. The company sent me to the Doctor, they did a x-ray and I went straight to physical therapy after weeks of not getting better I got ahold of Keith Yarwood at Edelman and Thompson (a friend recommended him) Mr. Yarwood started working on my case as I kept doing what the Doctor's had me do. In the spring of 2022 the decision to have surgery was made and on October 5, 2022 I had surgery but when I woke up in post opp. I was paralyzed on my life side from my waist down. After getting out of the hospital I started physical therapy again. After months of physical therapy I was released from Doctors care around the 1st of August 2023. Now while I was going through all of this Mr. Yarwood was working hard getting evaluated by 2 of the best medical people in the Midwest one of them works with big time Professional sports teams around KC, MO. Mr. Yarwood put together all the medical records and I don't know everything that goes into a work comp case but he did it all with help from his legal team. At the end I was satisfied with the end result. The one thing that made it so my wife and I could make it through this was the people at Edelman and Thompson.
